Garlic is Ready!
It has been a long time since we planted the garlic last November. We harvested two weeks ago and the garlic has been drying. Yesterday’s rain gave us a good day to start cleaning the garlic. This year we grew “Music” garlic and it is delicious, big and beautiful.
