Description
We are harvesting smallish poblanos now, so maybe too small for stuffing. 1 lb is about 6-8 peppers. These are the ones that you might see prepared stuffed in a Mexican restaurant called Chile Relleno. They do need to be roasted or scorched over a flame and peeled. They are great with scrambled eggs, on tacos, or in poblano corn chowder.
