Lacinato kale is also known as Tuscan or Dinosaur kale and is pictured in the foreground. It is darker green than most kales, has scaled looking leaves and is great raw in salads. You will also receive white russian, rainbow lacinato, camden and vates kale in your share. Kale is a super food, so enjoy it often for good health.
