Salsa Verde is made with Tomatillo.
Remove the husk, wash, place 3 lb on a large sheet pan with sides, with 4-6 jalapeno peppers, 6-8 cloves peeled. Roast tray until tomatillo is soft and slightly brown, you can turn the peppers half way through, this will take about 4 min at 375. Place all in a food processor and process until the consistency you like. Remove from food processor and add cilantro and combine. I freeze this in pints, it tends to thicken up when you freeze it, so feel free to add lime juice if too thick.
